KBB.com has named the 2017 Nissan Versa note one of the “10 Best Back To School Cars” for the third year in a row. The editors noted that the Versa Note combines roominess and versatility with appealing options and the lowest starting price of any vehicle on the list.
In order to make the list, vehicles had to cost less than $20,000 and meet the editor’s requirements for safety and stylishness.
Enhancements for 2017 include a refined interior, a new front-end design and a new exterior color, Deep Blue Pearl. Buyers are able to select from four trim levels; S Plus, SV, SR and SL.
The interior seats five passengers and comes standard with cloth upholstery. Standard interior features include Bluetooth connectivity and a four-speaker sound system. Optional features include a rearview camera, satellite radio, push-button start, cruise control and four-speaker sound system. Cargo space stands at 18.8 cubic feet and is expandable to 14.9 cubic feet.
Available safety features include air bags, ABS, brake assist, ESC, auto-on headlights, daytime running lights, night vision, traction control and a rollover protection system.
