The 2017 Nissan Sentra has been updated to include features that not only assist consumers with driving, but they’ve also included the newest technological features that are desirable to drivers, many of which are delivered through NissanConnect services, powered by SiriusXM. One assisting feature helpful when driving is the intelligent cruise control, which helps not only with speed control but also with keeping a correct distance between the Nissan Sentra and the vehicle in front of it.

Another helpful driving feature is a rear cross traffic alert, giving driver’s warnings when vehicles behind approach either side of the vehicle. Forward emergency braking works automatically by applying brakes to help avoid collisions. The blind spot warning lets driver’s know when something is in the blind spot area through a chiming sound.

Technological features include NissanConnect with mobile apps, navigation assistance, and a service through Sirius XM that makes a phone call for help when there’s been an accident. Other niceties include Bluetooth technology, BOSE Premium audio, SIRI eyes free which lets drivers use SIRI through a conveniently placed button on the steering wheel. USB inputs let driver’s search for music without having to take their hands from the steering wheel. A helpful assistant to send Hands-Free text messages reads any incoming texts out loud and lets you reply by using buttons on the steering wheel.

To update the looks of the 2017 Nissan Sentra, there is an aerodynamically designed exterior that gives the Nissan a sporty, sleek look and wind channeling performance. The LED headlights are designed to give you great sight while adding an element of attractive, sporty design. The grille features a unique honeycomb design that is pleasing to the eye. The 17 inch alloy wheels give the Nissan its distinctive, attention-getting look.
